Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the GoPromo website and the proposal flow. Engagements for paid services are covered by a separate Statement of Work signed at the start of the relationship.

1. The proposal

The custom plan we generate for you is an indicative scoping document, not a binding contract. Final scope, pricing and deliverables are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the authority to share your business information and grant us access to any accounts, pixels or analytics we need to work with.

3. Fees and ad spend

Our fees cover strategy, creative and campaign management. Media spend (paid to Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) sits on your accounts and is paid directly by you to those platforms. We'll manage budgets on your behalf with full transparency.

4. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your brand, creative you supply and the content we produce for you once fees are paid in full. Our internal tools, templates and methodology remain ours.

5. Confidentiality

We treat business information you share as confidential. We will not share it externally without your permission, except where legally required.

6. Liability

We work hard to deliver results, but the nature of growth marketing means outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the English courts.
