Do I have to commit upfront? +
No. The proposal is free and non-binding. If you like what you see, we scope the engagement on a call. If you don't, keep the plan anyway. Your proposal stays available to come back to with your email and PIN.
Can I change the plan mid-engagement? +
Yes. Scope flexes with your stage. We'll always recommend the plan that makes commercial sense. Upgrades take effect immediately, scope-downs at the next cycle. We're not interested in over-selling.
What's not included in the pricing you quote me? +
Ad spend (the money that goes to Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) is paid separately by you directly to the platforms. Our fee covers strategy, creative and management. We'll recommend and manage budgets but the spend goes through your accounts for full transparency.
Do you offer bespoke or project-based engagements? +
Yes. Request a proposal and describe the one-off scope (e.g. a landing page build, a single influencer campaign, an SEO audit). We'll come back with a fixed-fee price and timeline.
What reporting do I get? +
Every client gets a live Looker dashboard updated daily plus a written weekly debrief. Full-Stack clients also receive a monthly board-level growth report. We never send auto-generated data dumps. Every report is written by your growth lead and includes clear recommendations.
